I’m a licensed therapist who helps people work with the mind-body connection so they can heal from the past, evolve into the version of themselves they want to be, and reconnect with the people in their lives.

I use EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help survivors heal efficiently, effectively, and deeply.

I work with clients via online therapy in California and Ohio or in-person at my office in Claremont, CA.
