Does online therapy work? Short answer - yes!

Research published in 2019 suggests that there is no statistical difference between the effectiveness of in-person versus online therapy. Telehealth (online) therapy has been proven to be an effective, safe, and efficient way to come to therapy.

I have also found that there are folks who prefer online therapy to meeting face-to-face, and who may already feel comfortable and authentic online, including:
